He is known throughout Baltimore and beyond for delivering quality services as a loan officer and former bank Vice President. Mr. Askins’ commitment to high quality customer care, and his undying servitude for the people of his community, continues in this privately owned business. Mr. Askins, Jr. heads commercial lending.
